Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. When you use our contact form you'll be asked for your name and e-mail address. This information is sent to our e-mail inbox so that we can answer any question or query you may have and we will only ever contact you to answer any questions or queries you may have. We will never contact you or save these details for anything else or pass on your details to any third party.  



When purchasing products from our online shop to enable us to fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you are ordering. Service providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.



We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

Once your order is placed, it will usually take 2-5 working days to be dispatched unless a special delivery method is chosen. If you need your order more urgently, please email to discuss using an expedited postal service.

For UK orders, items are posted out via Royal Mail at 1st Class. If its is over 2kg, the item will be posted using Parcel Force or another similar courier service. For all other countries please refer to the shipping options and prices on the item page.

It can take from 2-5 days for delivery within the UK, 7-9 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the Rest of the World. Postage may take longer over holiday periods, national holidays and due to ongoing Covid-19 delays overseas delivery times are not as fast as usual. Orders shipped without tracking may take as long as 4 weeks. It is strongly recommended to pay a little extra for the fully tracked delivery option if this is available at checkout.

For custom items including larger A2 and A1 prints or high quantity orders, lead times may be longer and if so you will be notified with details.


Unused and unopened products maybe returned in their original condition for a refund to Luke Holcombe Studio within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item for a full refund less any Postage and Packaging costs and/or gifts wrapping costs paid by the customer. Shipping costs are also unfortunately non-refundable. 


Please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return any items before sending them back and include a note within the package with information of your order.

It is recommended to send any returns via an insured trackable courier or postal service as the studio will not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. On receiving the goods, and confirming the product is in the original condition, a refund will be issued for the full product amount. I cannot refund shipping cost for any returned items.

For bespoke and made-to order products, refunds will only be offered for a faulty or incorrect item.

In the unlikely event that your item reaches you damaged or is not as expected, you can get in touch at: to discuss how to proceed with a replacement or refund.



Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.


All duties, taxes and any other payments incurred in relation to the importation of goods from Luke Holcombe Studio to another country will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.
